UFO FILMED ON TOP OF THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING, Manhattan, New York (USA)

UPDATE : <<DEBUNKED - NOT A UFO>> A UFO was recorded during the day in Manhattan, New York (USA). In this video you can see the disk-shaped object near the Empire State Building, shortly after foi seen flying into the clouds at a high rate of speed.

The question that hangs in the air is: Was it really a UFO or just a Drone surveillance of the New York police (NYPD), which is already fact their existence and use. Another possibility arises that would just be a publicity stunt, the same that was used in the videos showing UFO over London, using the same profile, people pointing at the sky and wondering if anyone had seen. Whatever it is, we are awaiting a response.
